Vinification
Selection of good physiological ripe grapes, de-stemmed, crushed and after short skin contact pressed gently in pneumatic press. Temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks followed after aging in stainless steel tanks.
Wine description
Crystal-clear with a medium yellow green color and aromas ripe yellow apples and a touch of meadow flowers. Tasting reveals ripe pears with elegant sweet fruity body, finishing with some citric touch before closing with remarkable hint to minerals .
