Vinification

Fermentation: Stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of ca. 28-30° C, maceration time of ca. 8 days followed by malolactic fermentation; Ageing: This Zweigelt was aged in large wooden casks, ca. 2200-3500 l/cask, for 9 months.

Wine description

„This Zweigelt is ruby red in colour with a fruity cherry nose. Cherry notes on the palate, fine spiciness and elegantly integrated tannins make for a wonderfully drinkable wine with a long finish.”
