Fermentation: Stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of ca. 28-30° C, maceration time of ca. 8 days followed by malolactic fermentation; Ageing: This Zweigelt was aged in large wooden casks, ca. 2200-3500 l/cask, for 9 months.
